Fund the wallet, hold the order
The buyer tops up by bank transfer to the licensed escrow partner. Ordering blocks the amount — it is not paid. NDA, DPA and licence attach automatically.
Milestone by milestone
Discovery 20% · installation 50% · test & handover 30%. As the buyer approves each milestone that tranche is wired to the provider, net of commission. No approval, no money.
Human arbiter
Dispute a delivery and the tranche stays locked until an arbiter from your country decides on an automatically compiled evidence file — target three business days.

Real names, logos and data are forbidden. An automatic scan catches emails, domains, company suffixes and superlatives; a human reviews before anything goes live.
Employer model
Solutions built at an employer are sold under the employer's account; the employee becomes an authorised implementer and earns a share. No IP conflict.
Buyer data
NDA + GDPR data-processing agreement on every order. Installations start in a test environment; live credentials are shared from a revocable, audited vault that closes when the order ends.
